These terms are the agreement between you and us about using this site. Using the site — reading content, using the tools, leaving a message or subscribing — means you have read and accepted them.

1. About the Service
This site offers travel information about China (destinations, routes, culture and food), online tools (currency converter, transit visa checker, packing list and more), plus a traveller Q&A and guestbook. Content and tools are free to use.
We are a content site, not a travel agency, and we do not directly sell flights, hotels or visa handling services.
2. Accuracy and Disclaimers
We work to keep information accurate and current, but visa rules, fares, opening hours, payment methods and exchange rates change frequently. Always confirm with the official source — embassy or consulate, airline, attraction, bank or payment provider — before you travel.
Rates in the currency tool come from a third-party API and are reference only — they are not financial, investment or trading advice; the settlement rate and fees are set by your bank or payment provider. The transit visa checker is likewise an initial reference only; the final decision rests with border control and the embassy or consulate.
3. Content You Post
When you post in the guestbook you confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you agree that we may display it publicly (without additional compensation).
Do not post unlawful, false, defamatory, harassing, sexual or promotional content, and do not impersonate others. We may remove violating content without prior notice and, where necessary, restrict further posting.
4. Subscriptions
Entering your address in the footer box means you agree to receive notifications of new content at that address. We send no unrelated commercial advertising and never sell or share our subscriber list. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying or emailing us.
5. Intellectual Property
Original text, images, layout and code belong to us or the respective rights holders. Fair quotation with credit and a link is welcome; commercial republication, bulk scraping, mirroring or redistribution requires prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites or services, and the tools call third-party APIs. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices — please make your own assessment before using them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our content or tools — including but not limited to itinerary changes, ticket losses and exchange rate differences.
